All online returns must be requested and sent back within 30 days of ship date. Real Deals accepts merchandise that is not worn, altered or washed and we kindly ask that it is returned in its original packaging along with the packing slip. We only ship boutique items at this time. Items purchased in store may be returned within two weeks from purchase date for store credit. We do not allow returns on furniture, mirrors, clocks, wall art, clearance items or seasonal items.
Email us at salem_or@realdeals.net to begin your return. Include your name, order number, and item(s) you wish to return. Once we have confirmed your order is eligible for a refund, we will send further instructions. A shipping and handling charge will be applied and deducted from your refund amount.
At this time, home decor and furniture items are available for local pick up in Salem, Oregon only. We ship boutique items within the USA.
Yes! You may purchase the item online and select "local pick up" as the delivery option. If you're not ready to purchase a specific item yet, you may call, email or message via social media to place a hold on the item for one business week. This is highly recommended as our items sell quickly!

Although our store is open for limited days of the week, we are busy "resetting" the displays during the other half of the week! We order, tag and merchandise all of our product ourselves. You can expect all new merchandise every week you shop with us!
