All returns must be requested and sent back within 30 days of ship date. Real Deals accepts merchandise that is not worn, altered or washed and we kindly ask that it is returned in its original packaging along with the packing slip. We do not allow returns on furniture, mirrors, clocks or wall art.

2. Input the email address used for your purchase or the order number.
3. Check your email and follow the link to select the item(s) you are sending back and request a refund.
4. Complete your return and confirm your estimated refund. A $7.00 shipping and handling charge will be applied and deducted from your refund amount.
5. Download and print the shipping label and packing slip provided. Place packing slip inside the box and the shipping label on the outside of the box.
At this time, larger home decor and furniture items are available for local pick up in Salem, Oregon only. We ship boutique and smaller home decor pieces.
Yes! You may purchase the item online and select "local pick up" as the delivery option. If you're not ready to purchase a specific item yet, you may call, email or message via social media to place a hold on the item for one business week. This is highly recommended as our items sell quickly!
